No government record is hosted here, and there is no affiliation with a Norwich office, Connecticut agency, court, library, or records custodian.

2. Acceptable Use

Use these pages only for lawful, respectful purposes. Neither the reference nor information reached through it may be used to:

  • Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person

3. No Consumer Reports

Norwich Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing on these pages, and no result from a linked search tool, is a consumer report or may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

4. Outside Links

Norwich and Connecticut government portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search services set their own terms and privacy rules. We do not control their content, uptime, charges, or handling of submitted information.

5. No Promise of Accuracy

You agree to defend and hold the operators harmless from a claim, demand, or reasonable attorney fee arising from your misuse of the reference or breach of these terms.

8. Copyright and Sharing

The original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. A link to a page and a short attributed quotation are welcome. Republishing a whole page or copying the content systematically is not permitted.

A revised version may be posted here from time to time. Use of the pages after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

10. Access Restrictions

Access may be blocked or limited for a person who violates these terms, attacks the service, or abuses the reference. The restriction may occur without advance notice.

11. Connecticut Law

These terms are governed by Connecticut law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Public-record references on these pages point to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. chapter 14, including §§1-200, 1-206, 1-210, 1-211, and 1-212. The statute does not override an exemption or make this private reference a custodian.

12. If One Part Fails

If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
